## AI Intel Brief is an AI-powered reporting experience that turns your Easalytics data into plain-language performance summaries, key takeaways, and areas to investigate.

### **Overview**

AI Intel Brief is an AI-powered reporting experience that turns your Easalytics data into plain-language performance summaries, key takeaways, and areas to investigate.

Instead of starting with a blank dashboard or asking the first question yourself, AI Intel Brief gives you a guided business review based on your available Easalytics reporting data. Each brief is designed to help you quickly understand what changed, why it may matter, and where to dig in next.

AI Intel Brief is meant to supplement your dashboards, topline metrics, and AI Analyst conversations. It gives you a starting point for review, then lets you continue the analysis if you want to explore a finding further.

Availability: AI Intel Brief is currently in beta and is only available to select clients. The experience will continue to evolve.

### **Where to find AI Intel Brief**

You can access AI Intel Brief from the **AI Insights** area in the Easalytics portal.

From AI Insights, you can view:

- Overview
- Report categories
- Report history

Available report categories may include:

- Overall Performance
- Membership Performance
- Revenue Performance
- Personal Training
- Class Performance
- Check-ins Performance

The report categories available to you may vary based on your Easalytics setup, data, and beta configuration.

### **What AI Intel Brief is best for**

AI Intel Brief is especially useful when you want to:

- Quickly review business performance without building a report from scratch
- Understand the biggest changes in your data
- Identify trends, risks, or opportunities worth investigating
- Prepare for meetings or business reviews
- Get a plain-language summary of dashboard activity
- Decide which areas need deeper analysis in Easalytics or AI Analyst

### **What an AI Intel Brief includes**

Each brief is designed to summarize performance in a clear, business-friendly format.

Depending on the report type, a brief may include:

- Key takeaways
- Performance highlights
- Notable changes from prior periods
- Possible reasons behind a change
- Metrics or categories worth reviewing
- Supporting charts or visualizations
- Suggested areas for follow-up analysis

The goal is to help you move from “what happened?” to “what should I look at next?” faster.

 Overview cards

The AI Intel Brief overview page shows summary cards for available report categories.

Each card gives a quick preview of the report’s most important findings. Use these cards to scan across reporting areas and decide which full brief to open first.

Select **View Report** to open the full brief for a specific category.

### **Analyze with AI**

Use **Analyze with AI** when you want to explore a finding further in AI Analyst.

Analyze with AI opens AI Analyst with the context of the selected brief included, so you can ask follow-up questions without having to restate the report or rebuild the analysis from scratch.

For example, after reviewing a brief, you might ask:

- What changed the most compared to last month?
- Which clubs contributed most to this trend?
- What should I investigate first?
- Which membership types drove the change?
- Why did revenue improve while attendance stayed flat?
- Which categories are underperforming?
- What are the biggest risks in this report?
- Summarize this brief for a leadership meeting

Analyze with AI is one of the best ways to move from a summary into deeper investigation.

### **Report History**

Use Report History to review previously generated AI Intel Briefs.

Report History is helpful when you want to:

- Compare current performance to prior briefs
- Revisit a previous business review
- Track how findings or trends have changed over time
- Reference a past summary before a meeting

Available history may vary based on your beta setup and the reports generated for your organization.

### **Best practices**

To get the most value from AI Intel Brief:

- Start with the Overview page to scan the latest summaries
- Open the full report for any category with a notable change
- Use Analyze with AI to ask follow-up questions
- Compare related report categories, such as Membership and Revenue
- Review Report History when preparing for recurring meetings
- Use the brief as a starting point, then validate important findings in the supporting dashboards when needed

- AI Intel Brief is currently a beta experience
- Available report categories may vary by client
- Briefs depend on available Easalytics data and configuration
- AI-generated summaries may not capture every business detail
