Connect Easalytics to your AI assistant
Connect Easalytics to your AI assistant to ask questions about your business, compare club performance, and explore changes in your data through a conversation.
The Easalytics Data Connector brings your Easalytics data and business definitions into your AI assistant so you can investigate a question and ask follow-up questions without writing SQL.
What you can do
Use the connection to review performance, compare locations and reporting periods, investigate trends, and understand how a metric is defined.
For example, you could ask:
- “Compare total check-ins by club for the last full month.”
- “Compare each club’s New Member Units this month with the same period last year.”
- “Which clubs are furthest from their New Member Units goal this month?”
- “Explain how New Member Units are counted.”
Include the clubs, date range, and metric you want to explore. If you are comparing an answer with a dashboard, include the dashboard name and relevant filters.

Before you connect
You need an Easalytics account with access to the data you want to analyze and an account with a supported AI assistant. Your AI assistant may have additional plan or administrator requirements; see its setup guide for details.
You will sign in to Easalytics and approve the connection during setup. Data access is governed by your Easalytics permissions.
The connection uses Model Context Protocol, or MCP, which lets an AI assistant work with a connected service. You do not need technical knowledge of MCP to follow the setup instructions.

- Your Easalytics account and the clubs and date range involved.

We also welcome suggestions for questions you would like the connector to answer and improvements that would make it more useful to your team.
