PT Intro Sales Funnel dashboard
The PT Intro Sales Funnel dashboard tracks the journey from new member to PT Introductory Session booking, scheduled appointment, show, and personal training purchase. Analyze conversion rates and close revenue by club, member attributes, and PT package details, with drill-down to the individual PT Intro sessions behind the results.
The PT Intro Sales Funnel dashboard helps you understand how effectively new members move through the personal training introduction process—from booking a PT Intro appointment through completing the appointment and ultimately purchasing personal training.
Use the dashboard to compare conversion across clubs, trainers, and member segments, identify opportunities for follow-up, and drill into the individual PT Intro appointments and purchases behind your results.
PT Intro Sales Funnel
The main PT Intro Sales Funnel view summarizes each stage of the funnel for the selected reporting period.
The dashboard defaults to Month to Date (MTD). Use the Quick Date options to change the reporting period.
Metric Definitions
- New Member Count: Count of individual members reported as New Members in Easalytics during the selected period. This follows the same New Member definition used in the Salesperson Performance dashboard. This is a member count, not New Member Units.
- Book Count: Number of PT Intro bookings made during the selected period. PT Intro events are identified through Event Grouping as events with an Event Group Type of PT Intro.
- Book %: Percentage of New Members who booked a PT Intro. Calculated as Book Count ÷ New Member Count.
- Set Count: Number of PT Intro appointments scheduled to occur during the selected period. The Set date is the scheduled date of the PT Intro, which may be different from the date the appointment was booked.
- Show Count: Number of PT Intro appointments scheduled during the selected period that were marked Completed. This follows the PT Scorecard and Trainer Performance definition of a PT Intro/Kickoff Show.
- Show %: Percentage of scheduled PT Intro appointments that were completed. Calculated as Show Count ÷ Set Count.
- Close Count: Number of qualifying PT purchases associated with members who completed a PT Intro. This follows the PT Close concept used in the PT Scorecard and Trainer Performance dashboards.
- Close %: Percentage of completed PT Intro appointments that resulted in a qualifying PT purchase. Calculated as Close Count ÷ Show Count.
- Close Amount: PT purchase amount associated with the Close. For a PIF package, this is the qualifying PIF purchase amount; for a recurring package, this is the qualifying recurring/EFT amount.
- Average per Close: Average PT purchase amount for closed PT Intros. Calculated as Close Amount ÷ Close Count.
Book, Set, Show, and Close may occur on different dates. When reviewing a specific reporting period, each metric is reported according to the date associated with that stage of the funnel.

Understanding the funnel dates
Each stage of the PT Intro funnel is associated with its own date:
- Book: The date the PT Intro appointment was booked.
- Set: The date the PT Intro appointment is scheduled to occur.
- Show: The scheduled PT Intro date for an appointment that was completed.
- Close: The date of the qualifying PT purchase.
Because these events can happen on different days, a member's Book, Set, Show, and Close may appear in different reporting periods.
How PT Intro events are identified
PT Intro reporting depends on your organization's Event Group configuration.
Events assigned to an Event Group with an Event Group Type of PT Intro are used for PT Intro Book, Set, and Show reporting.
If an expected PT Intro event is missing from the dashboard, an Administrator should review Event Name Grouping to confirm that the event is assigned to the appropriate PT Intro group.
Event Grouping controls how the event is categorized in Easalytics reporting. It does not change the event information in your member management system.
