This release includes expanded AI Analyst and Intel Brief capabilities, new Personal Training reporting, new Lead Conversion metrics, and enhancements to Check-in Trends.

Here are the highlights:

AI Analyst and Intel Brief improvements

  • Download Intel Briefs as PDFs: Intel Briefs can now be exported directly to PDF for easier sharing and offline review.
  • Suggested Chats: AI Analyst now offers Suggested Chats to help users quickly start useful analyses and discover new ways to interact with their data.
  • Faster AI Analyst navigation: We reduced the number of calls required to load AI Analyst navigation content, improving left-navigation performance.
  • Automated monthly Intel Brief generation: Monthly Intel Brief runs are being automated to run overnight between the 3rd and 4th of each month, and should be available to you every 4th day of the month.
  • Improved business context: AI Analyst and Intel Briefs have improved context around Agreements and known Club Automation data limitations so responses better reflect the data available.
  • Improved AI stability and usability: Updates include more reliable web search, fixes for chats launched from Intel Briefs, improved file-upload handling, and additional navigation and chat-history improvements.

Personal Training – Member Penetration & Deactivation Reporting

Personal Training reporting has been expanded to provide greater visibility into PT participation, enrollment, and member activity.

  • New PT Penetration Trends dashboard provides visibility into Total Active PT Members, Active Recurring PT Members, Active PT PIF Members, and PT penetration rates relative to total active membership.
  • Active PT PIF Members now uses a rolling 60-day PT PIF purchase window rather than relying on sessions remaining, providing a better representation of members actively participating in prepaid personal training.
  • The PT Sales Revenue & Enrollment dashboard now includes Deactivation Reason as a View By option and a filter making it easier to view, include, or exclude specific deactivation reasons from an analysis.

Lead Conversion – New Lead-to-Tour Metrics

The Lead Conversion dashboard now provides greater visibility into how effectively new leads progress to tours.

  • The Leads tab and Leads Data Table now include a count of Tours from New Leads within Target Days and a Lead-to-Tour Conversion metric.
  • A new Lead Target Days to Tour setting, defaulted to 30 days, controls the window used for these metrics.
  • Lead-to-Tour metrics are also available in Trends, Trends Compare, and the Trends Data Table, making it easier to analyze conversion performance over time.

Check-in Trends – Expanded Metrics and Data Tables

The Check-in Trends dashboard has been updated to provide a more complete view of check-in activity and greater consistency with Check-ins Analysis.

  • Monthly, Weekly, and the new Daily view now include additional metrics such as Average Daily Check-ins, Unique Members Checked In, Home Club Members Checked In, Home Club Member Check-in Rate, and Average Check-ins per Unique Member.
  • The redesigned Trends Data Table supports Overall, Yearly, Monthly, Weekly, and Daily views in the date range you select, making it easier to analyze check-in performance over different time periods.

Additional improvements

  • Data Status page improvements include separation so one client or MMS data-load delays do not show to affect another, and page performance improvements.
  • Corrected the Profit Center Grouping Admin import/export file format.
