Release Notes June 11, 2026
This release includes new AI Intel Briefs for beta users, expanded Homepage Topline widgets, improvements to PT EFT Draft reporting, new Lead Referral reporting, Event Attendance enhancements, Revenue Compare updates, and dashboard usability, data quality, and reporting reliability improvements.
AI Intel Briefs - Initial Beta Release
We are introducing AI Intel Briefs, a new AI-powered reporting experience in the Easalytics portal for users participating in the AI beta.
AI Intel Briefs are designed to give users a quick, plain-language summary of what is happening in their business without requiring them to start from a blank dashboard or ask the first question. Each brief highlights key performance trends, calls out noteworthy changes, and gives users a starting point for deeper analysis.
Beta users with access will begin seeing AI-generated briefs for areas such as:
- Overall business performance
- Membership and revenue
- Personal training
- Classes and events
- Check-ins
Where enabled, users can also choose to Analyze with AI Analyst from an AI Intel Brief. This allows them to continue the conversation in AI Analyst with the context of the brief already included, making it easier to ask follow-up questions about what changed, which clubs or categories contributed most, or what may be worth investigating next.
AI Intel Briefs are part of the AI beta and will continue to improve as we expand the report types, supporting data, and follow-up analysis available.
AI Analyst Updates
We continued improving AI Analyst as part of the beta release.
Updates include:
- Better handling of larger AI responses and report context
- Improvements to charting and result validation
- Additional business context for selected reporting areas
- More support for follow-up questions from AI-generated reports
- Continued reliability and testing improvements
Limited beta: AI Analyst is currently available only to select clients as a beta trial, but it is rapidly maturing into a powerful, time-saving tool. Contact sales@easalytics.com if you are interested in access or a demo.
PT EFT Draft Reporting
We updated PT EFT Draft reporting so the default view now uses Adjusted PT EFT Draft amounts.
Adjusted PT EFT Draft is intended to give a clearer view of true PT EFT movement by:
- Removing cancels that happen 30 days or less after a sale
- Counting only the additional amount for upgrades in New EFT Draft
- Counting only the difference in package value for downgrades in Lost EFT Draft
The best place to review the adjustments in detail is the PT Transaction List on the PT Sales Revenue & Enrollment dashboard. The PT Transaction List is also linked from the PT Scorecard.
New and Updated Homepage Topline Widgets
We added new Homepage Topline widgets to make membership and dues trends easier to monitor directly from the portal homepage.
New membership widgets
We created seven new membership widgets with a metric toggle, allowing users to view results based on their preferred new member count definition:
- New Members -- based on since date or first agreement date
- New Member Units (NMU) -- new members plus reactivated, reinstated, renew, rewrite, add-ons
- New Agreements - based on agreement date where agreement type is new
New widgets include:
- New Dues Yesterday
- New Dues MTD
- Net Dues Yesterday
- Net Dues MTD
- Net Membership Gain / Loss Yesterday
- Net Membership Gain / Loss MTD
- Net Membership Gain / Loss YTD
New current membership widgets
We also created three new widgets showing current and forward-looking membership metrics based on Easalytics Member List data.
Current Membership
Shows current active membership, with members separated into PIF and Dues Paying groups. This widget also includes dues, giving users a clearer view of both membership count and dues value.
Current Net Membership MTD
Shows current net membership movement for the month. For Club Automation, this widget treats Pending Cancel members as lost, giving users a more realistic view of expected net membership impact before the member’s official end date has passed.
Next Month’s Membership
Shows a forward-looking membership view based on current membership, while also factoring in pending cancellations and pending expirations. This helps users anticipate where membership is expected to land next month, not just where it stands today.
Membership widget availability and filters
Some membership widgets that were previously part of our Goals product are now available to all users, including:
- New Member Breakdown Yesterday
- New Member Breakdown MTD
We also added PIF Membership filters to membership widgets, giving users more flexibility when reviewing membership counts and dues.
Leads Dashboard
We added new Lead Referral reporting using Engage Pro / VFP referral data.
Previously, Lead Type could show values such as Walk-in or Referral, but Lead Type is a manual picker field. The new referral indicator uses the Referring Member field from Engage Pro / VFP to identify leads that have a referring member populated.
Updates include:
- New Referred Lead filter
- New Referred Lead indicator
- Referred Leads added as a metric on the Leads Trends tab
- New View By options using referral indicator, lead type, lead source, latest guest pass, and related combinations
We also added drilldowns from the Leads and Tours analysis tabs to a new Lead Details view.
Lead Details shows the individual people who became a lead, became a member, took a tour, or received a guest pass during the selected reporting period. This detail can be downloaded and used to support follow-up, outreach, and marketing opportunities.
Event Attendance
We expanded the Event Attendance dashboard, used to analyze classes, personal training (PT), PT introductory sessions, and other scheduled activity, with new date options, new drilldowns, and new member-level detail.
Future date reporting
Across the dashboard, users can now report on future event activity using new quick date options such as:
- Current Month
- Next Month
- Next 30 Days
Users can also set custom date ranges for dates in the past or future.
New ways to slice Event Analysis
On the main Event Analysis tab, we added more ways to view event data, including Membership Type Group, Age Group, and related combinations.
Event + Member Details tab
We added a new Event + Member Details tab showing each event and each enrolled member in the reporting period.
Users can drill into Event + Member Details from multiple tabs in the Event Attendance dashboard, including:
- Event Analysis
- By Day & Time
- Event Detail
- Member Details
Member Event Counts tab
We added a new Member Event Counts summary tab showing the distribution of event participation during the reporting period.
For example, users can see how many members attended 10 events, drill into that group of members, and then drill further to see the specific events each member enrolled in or attended.
Member Details tab
We added a Member Details tab in the Event Attendance dashboard showing one row per member and their event activity during the reporting period. From this tab, users can drill into the specific events a member enrolled in or attended.
Revenue Compare
We added the ability to filter and segment the Revenue Compare dashboard by Item. This expands the Revenue Compare workflow from high-level Profit Center Groups, to Profit Centers, and now into more detailed Item-level analysis.
In a recent release, we also added the ability to drill into Item Detail to review the specific transactions, items, and members behind the revenue totals.
This release also adds a Related Dashboards tab to improve navigation through Easalytics and fixes Item Detail export formatting for Excel.
Member List Improvements
We added a warning message to the Member Status filter in Member List.
Because Member List defaults to Active Member = True, some inactive statuses may not appear unless the Active Member filter is changed. The new warning helps users understand when selected statuses may be inactive and reminds them to switch Active Member to False or All when needed.
We also increased the Member List export limit to support downloads of up to 20,000 records.
Other Noteworthy Updates
We made several additional data quality, reporting, and usability improvements, including:
- Member Mix: Improved agreement metric labels, added Frozen agreement metrics, and added a Related Dashboards tab to help users find more ways to analyze members.
- Homepage Topline: When customizing, updated the button to say Save As instead of just Save.
- PT Sales Revenue & Enrollment: Improved PT Package Status filtering and added clearer date range notes.
- Continued dashboard and backend reporting reliability updates.
