[Release Notes](https://support.easalytics.com/release-notes?hsLang=en-us) October 12, 2026 # Release Notes October 15, 2026 ## This release introduces the \*\*PT Intro Sales Funnel\*\* dashboard, more flexibility in PT reporting, and improvements to Member Average Revenue. We’ve also continued improving dashboard performance, expanded Data Status information, enhanced membership and dues reporting for ABC and MoSo clients, and updated our AI tools to make reports and insights easier to find and use. Here are the highlights of the release:  ### New "PT Intro Sales Funnel" Dashboard The new **PT Intro Sales Funnel** dashboard provides a focused view of the journey from a new member to a Personal Training Intro session and eventual PT purchase. Track key stages of the funnel, including PT Intro bookings, scheduled appointments, shows, and closes, with additional detail to help identify where opportunities are converting — or falling out of the funnel. We've also updated related PT Sales Funnel homepage widgets to link directly to the new dashboard and relevant views. ### Net PT EFT Draft — With or Without Freeze Activity We've added a new option for calculating **Net PT EFT Draft**, so users can choose whether package freeze activity is included. - **With Freeze** includes newly frozen PT EFT draft as a decrease and members coming off freeze as an increase. - **Without Freeze** excludes newly frozen and off-freeze activity from the calculation, leaving it as New PT EFT Draft minus Lost. The new option is available across: - PT Scorecard - Goals - Goals Lite - Goals Field Bonus - PT Sales Revenue & Enrollment - Net PT EFT Draft homepage Topline widgets **AI Analyst** also supports calculating **Net PT EFT Draft** and **Net Recurring PT Members** with or without freeze activity. Specify which approach you want when asking your question. In **PT Sales Trends**, the existing Net PT EFT Draft metric is now labeled **Without Freeze** to make its calculation clearer. These updates make it easier to evaluate PT EFT growth both with and independently of temporary freeze activity. ### PT Scorecard Enhancements The **PT Scorecard** now includes additional options for looking ahead and segmenting your PT results: - **Next Month** has been added as a Quick Date option. - A **Membership Type** filter has been added alongside the existing Membership Type Group filter. - Net PT Draft toggle ### Member Average Revenue Improvements We've updated **Member Average Revenue** to make the dashboard easier to use and put more focus on revenue per member. Updates include: - A larger, more prominent **Revenue per Member** visualization - Improved Profit Center filtering - Improved filtering around Members with Spend - A new **Home Club Purchase** filter, making it easier to distinguish purchases made at a member's home club from purchases made at other locations ### Faster Dashboard Performance We've continued our work to improve dashboard load and interaction performance, particularly across larger and frequently used dashboards.  Last release we focused on Goals.  This release includes performance improvements for: - Member Mix - Goals Field Bonus - Goals New Members - Goals PT EFT Draft - PT Scorecard - PT Sales Revenue & Enrollment These changes are designed to improve initial dashboard load times and responsiveness when changing filters, dates, and other selections without changing the underlying reporting experience. ### Clearer Data Status Information We've expanded **Data Status** to make it easier to understand the freshness and completeness of your reporting data. Updated status labels and tooltips help you: - Distinguish **partial data** for yesterday vs data that is fully **behind expectations** - Compare the latest available data with the **expected reporting date** - Understand which dashboard categories are affected These improvements provide more context when data is incomplete or delayed, helping you decide whether to use the available results or check again after the next refresh. ### Improved Monthly Dues Update Process for ABC Clients We've improved how monthly dues amounts are updated for existing ABC clients to capture changes for existing members that occur **without an agreement change**, such as when a promotional payment period ends. Affected members’ dues amounts will now reflect these changes in Easalytics, including in Member Mix and Member List.
