Release Notes September 16, 2026

This release includes a new Membership Upgrades & Downgrades dashboard, expanded Personal Training reporting, new Leads and PT homepage widgets, Event Attendance updates, and improvements to Goals reporting and performance. We also expanded AI Intel Briefs with new report types designed to give users more frequent views into business performance throughout the month.

Here are the highlights:

New Membership Upgrades & Downgrades Dashboard

The new Membership Upgrades & Downgrades dashboard shows how members are moving between Membership Type Groups and the dues impact of those changes. The dashboard includes:

  • Upgrades, downgrades, and lateral membership changes
  • Net upgrades and downgrades
  • Upgrade and Downgrade Dues Impact
  • Top Membership Movements showing the most common From/To Group changes
  • Trends over time
  • Member-level detail for individual membership changes

Membership Type Groups are ranked using the new Tier setting in Membership Type Group Administration, allowing Easalytics to determine whether a membership change represents an upgrade, downgrade, or lateral move.

Dues Impact is the difference between the member’s dues before and after each move. Those differences are summed separately for all upgrades and all downgrades, regardless of whether dues increased or decreased.

This new dashboard gives clubs a clearer view of how members are moving between membership levels and the financial impact of those changes.

Improved Personal Training Reporting

Updated PT Deactivation Date Logic for ABC Clients

We updated how the Recurring PT Deactivation Date is determined for ABC clients to better reflect when a PT package actually ends. ABC may mark a PT package as deactivated before the member’s final scheduled bill. When billing information is available, Easalytics will now determine the deactivation date in this order:

  • Membership end date, if the membership ends before the PT package
  • Next scheduled billing date, when the package is inactive and that date is later than the package deactivation date
  • Calculated last billing date, using the first billing date and number of times billed when a usable next billing date is not available
  • PT package deactivation date from ABC as the fallback

This prevents recurring PT from being counted as lost too early when additional billing is still scheduled, while still ending the PT package when the underlying membership ends.

Clearer PT Deactivation Reasons

PT Deactivation Reasons now distinguish between

  • Not Provided when a package has a Deactivation Date but no reason was provided, and

  • N/A when the package has not been deactivated.

This makes deactivation reasons easier to interpret and filter.

PT Sales Revenue & Enrollment: Future PT Invoice Amount

PT Sales Revenue & Enrollment now includes Future PT Invoice Amount for clients where this data is available.

On the PT Sales & Revenue tab, users can switch between:

  • MTD Revenue with Invoice Amount and

  • MTD Revenue without Invoice Amount.

Including the invoice amount combines revenue already received with expected remaining PT revenue for the month.

The Data Table also separates PT Revenue w/o Invoice Amount, Future PT Invoice Amount, and PT Revenue w/ Invoice Amount for additional detail.

Improved Filtering on PT Sales Revenue & Enrollment

  • Added a First PT Purchase filter to the PT Transaction List and PT Members tabs.
  • Added a PIF Remaining Sessions filter to PT Members.
  • Added Inactive PIF with Remaining Sessions and Inactive Recurring - Last 30 Days options to the Package Status filter on PT Members.
  • Reordered filters to be more consistent across dashboard tabs.

PT Homepage Topline Widget Updates

  • Added widgets for PT EFT Draft Attrition MTD and PT Member Attrition MTD showing month-to-date Lost recurring PT, current Active Recurring PT, and the PT Attrition rate.
  • Added a Deactivation Reason filter to the Net PT homepage topline widgets.

Event Attendance Dashboard Updates

Event Attendance now distinguishes more clearly between pending, completed, and cancelled events.

  • Reserve event statuses are now counted as Pending rather than Cancelled.
  • Enrollment metrics now use Completed Events terminology instead of Finalized Events.
  • The Data Table now shows enrollment in both Completed Events and Cancelled Events.

New Leads & Tours Homepage Topline Widgets

For clients with our Engage Pro integration, this release adds several homepage topline widgets that can be used to customize topline dashboards. These widgets provide a quick view of key Lead and Tour KPIs, support many of the same filters as the Lead Conversion dashboard, and link directly to the full dashboard with the selected filters applied.

New widgets include:

  • New Leads MTD – New Leads month to date compared with the same period last month and the same month last year.
  • Lead Conversion MTD – New Leads, New Members, and Lead Conversion Rate month to date compared with the same period last year.
  • New Lead-to-Tour Conversion MTD – New Leads, Tours from New Leads within Target Days, and Lead-to-Tour Conversion month to date compared with the same period last year. Target Days controls the maximum amount of time between the new lead and the tour.
  • Lead Tour-to-Member Conversion MTD – Tours Given, New Members from Tours within Target Days, and Tour Conversion Rate month to date compared with the same period last year.

Goals Dashboard Performance Improvements

For clients with our Goals product, we made updates to the Goals dashboard to improve load time. As part of this change, we removed the option to segment the main performance bars.

Previously, users could view performance by club and then segment the actuals by Membership Type, Age Group, Gender, and other dimensions. That more detailed analysis is still available in the individual Goals dashboards, such as Goals New Members and Goals PT EFT Draft, as well as standard dashboards including Member Mix, Revenue Compare, and PT Sales Revenue & Enrollment.

Goals: New Dues Now Apply Member Count Exclusions

The New Dues metric in Goals reporting now respects the Member Count Exclusion setting, matching how excluded memberships are handled in other member and dues reporting. This keeps New Dues actuals and goal progress from including Membership Type Groups configured to be excluded from member counts.

The exclusion is now applied to Goals New Dues, Goals, Goals Lite, and the New Dues Goals homepage topline widgets. Users can still choose to include all Membership Type Groups using the Member Count Exclusion filter.

Expanded AI Intel Briefs

AI Intel Briefs now include additional report types beyond the monthly report, giving users more frequent opportunities to review performance and emerging trends.

New Briefs include:

  • Halftime Briefs for a mid-month performance check
  • Weekly Briefs for more frequent trend and performance updates
  • Daily Briefs for a shorter, more current view of recent activity

These reports complement the existing Monthly Intel Brief and make it easier to monitor performance throughout the month instead of waiting for the next monthly report.

Other Noteworthy Enhancements

  • Homepage topline widgets now handle periods with no data more consistently, displaying the metric name along with 0 or N/A rather than a blank widget.
  • Check-in Trends and Check-in Frequency now include Related Dashboards navigation, making it easier to move between related Check-in reports.
